Behind the Mic: The Trailer

Behind the Mic: The Trailer

Well, we did it, the trailer that is. Recording the trailer felt a little weird like when it's too quiet during a shift. New equipment, new routine and eager to start this project. There was a little bit of nervous energy at first but once we started talking, it felt natural. Our dynamic is simple, share the conversations we have on the daily when I listen to how the Vet Tech's day went.  I've been involved in decades of critical incidents, high stress, high emotions. Now, watching my daughter learning to navigate her own has spurred on many conversations and comparisons.

I promise not to flood our podcast with "cop stories" but there will be times when things I've experienced and how I've handled them (good or bad) may help her.

Next up will be Episode 1, our first full episode and it should be fun. That will drop this Sunday at 9 AM EST. and we hope you will follow us so you don't miss it. We also invite you to interact with us. We have contact pages, you can leave us a voice mail right here on the website.

Also, we're working on getting our socials up and running.

When Episode 1 drops soon. We’ll dive into:

  • How losing our beloved German Shepherd  named Czar influenced a career
  • What vet tech school really requires
  • Scholarships that make a difference
  • Early clinic experiences
  • Our first “Cram Shack” study session
  • The 2 and 2: two tough animal stories and two uplifting ones

Don't worry either, this won't be your typical doom and gloom type podcast. We have real conversations, real laughs and hope you can join us.

Subscribe on your favorite podcast app, follow us and send in your questions. Even your stories or your pet’s stories. We'd love to hear them and It might just make it into a future episode.

Thank you all, we're so glad you found us.
